Research Use Only
Med Peptides UK supplies research-use peptides to universities, laboratories, research institutions, and individual customers for research and educational purposes.
Due to the specialist nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards, our Return & Refund Policy differs from that of standard retail products.
Returns
For reasons of product integrity, hygiene, and quality assurance, we are unable to accept returns of products once they have been delivered and received by the customer.
As research peptides cannot be verified as having remained under appropriate storage conditions after delivery, returned products cannot be restocked or resold. This policy helps ensure the quality and safety of all products supplied to our customers.
Refunds
Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect product.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- The product is defective upon arrival.
If one of these situations applies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label (where applicable).
Once your claim has been reviewed, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the affected product.
- Issue a partial refund.
- Issue a full refund where appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please do not use or dispose of the product until we have reviewed your claim.
We may request photographs of the product and packaging to assist with our investigation and, where necessary, to support a claim with the shipping carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they were supplied incorrectly or arrived damaged:
- Opened products.
- Products that have been stored or handled after delivery.
- Products returned without prior authorisation.
- Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer.
- Orders refused at delivery without prior agreement.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
