Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is a naturally occurring glycoprotein hormone composed of alpha (α) and beta (β) subunits.
HCG interacts with the luteinizing hormone/chorionic gonadotropin receptor (LH/CG receptor) and has been extensively studied in reproductive biology, endocrine signaling, receptor pharmacology, steroidogenesis, and hormone-receptor interactions.
